PaidUp Refund Policy

PaidUp is a digital software product delivered immediately after purchase with a unique license key. All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, buyer preference, expectations beyond the functionality described on the PaidUp product page, or features or capabilities that were not advertised as part of the product.

When a refund may be considered

A refund may be considered when:

• there is a verified product defect that prevents PaidUp from functioning materially as described, the customer provides sufficient information for RiloByte to verify the issue, and RiloByte is unable to reasonably resolve the problem after an opportunity to assist; or
• there is a duplicate charge or confirmed billing error.

A refund will also be provided where required by applicable law.

Customers should review the PaidUp product description and available preview to confirm that the product’s advertised features meet their needs.

Requesting review

To report a potential product defect or request review of a duplicate charge or billing error, contact ACG Services LLC d/b/a RiloByte at acg.services.in@gmail.com. Include the purchase email, order details, a description of the problem, and information reasonably necessary to reproduce or verify the issue.

Do not send passwords, license keys, complete payment-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.
